The Municipality of Mitrovica has announced that, starting from January 12, 2026, it has launched the application process for the assessment of damages caused by recent floods to homes and businesses.
According to the official announcement, citizens affected by the floods are invited to submit their applications within the specified deadline at the Reception Office of the Citizen Services Center at the Municipality of Mitrovica.
“Citizens affected by the floods must submit their application along with the relevant documentation in order for the field damage assessment process to be carried out,” the municipal statement reads.
The required documentation for application includes:
- Application form
- Applicant’s personal data
- Copy of ID card
- Number of family members
- Address of the damaged property
- Photographs proving the actual condition of the damages
- Bank account confirmation
- Any additional documents proving ownership or the damage incurred
The deadline for submitting applications is January 26, 2026. Applications are accepted at the Municipal Reception Office of Mitrovica, first floor.
