The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro congratulated Kosovo on its 18th Independence Day.
In a post on X, Montenegro’s MFA stated that they will continue their commitment to strengthening cooperation and good-neighborly relations.
“On the occasion of Kosovo’s Independence Day, we extend our sincere congratulations to the Government and people of Kosovo. We wish them continued progress, stability, and prosperity, and reaffirm our commitment to strengthening cooperation and good-neighborly relations.”
