Municipalities with the Highest Voter Turnout by 1:00 PM

Prishtina, Gjilan, Shtime, Podujeva, North Mitrovica, and Zveçan are the municipalities recording the highest voter turnout by 1:00 p.m., according to data published by the Central Election Commission (CEC).

In Prishtina, voter participation reached 10.90%, with 23,935 voters casting their ballots out of a total of 219,000 eligible voters. This is followed by Shtime, where 10.12% or 2,812 voters participated out of more than 27,000 eligible voters.

Gjilan recorded a turnout of 9.37%, with 9,831 voters from a total of 104,807 eligible voters, while Podujeva reached 9.30%, or 7,845 voters out of approximately 84,000 eligible voters.

Meanwhile, Novo Brdo, North Mitrovica, and Zveçan reported some of the highest turnout percentages nationwide. In Novo Brdo, turnout stood at 14.50% (1,455 voters out of 10,037 eligible voters). North Mitrovica recorded 14.58%, with 2,556 voters from over 17,000 eligible voters, while Zveçan reached 12.52%, or 860 voters out of 6,871 eligible voters.

In contrast, lower voter turnout was reported in other Serb-majority municipalities. Zubin Potok recorded just 1.15%, while Leposaviq stood at 2.03%.

According to CEC data, Istog and Dragash also registered below-average participation by 1:00 p.m., with turnout at 6.91% in Istog and 3.99% in Dragash.
