The Municipality of Gjakova has also announced the start of the process for receiving applications for damage assessment for families affected by the recent floods.
According to the official announcement, citizens who have suffered material damages are invited to submit their requests to the municipal archive, clearly describing the type of damage incurred.
The required documents for application include:
- A written request
- Copy of the ID card
- Photo evidence of the damages caused
- Contact phone number
The municipality has announced that the deadline for submitting applications is January 23, 2026. After the deadline, the relevant commission will carry out the assessment of all reported cases.
The Municipality of Gjakova has called on affected citizens to respect the set deadline, in order for the assessment process to be conducted on time and as efficiently as possible.
