The Municipality of Pristina has announced that the Ministry of Finance has decided to extend the deadlines for the payment of property tax for the year 2026.
The deadline for issuing property tax invoices has been extended until March 31, 2026, while the deadline for paying the first installment has been extended until June 30, 2026.
“The Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers has decided to extend the deadlines for property tax for 2026:
• Deadline for issuing invoices: until March 31, 2026
• Deadline for payment of the first installment: until June 30, 2026
This decision provides more time for taxpayers to fulfill their obligations and ensures the fair implementation of the law,” the announcement states.
