Finance Minister Hekuran Murati met today with British Ambassador to Pristina Jonathan Hargreaves to discuss opportunities for further cooperation between the two countries, including exploring possibilities for investments in infrastructure and sports, with a particular focus on organizing the 2030 Mediterranean Games.
Regarding the increase in investments in Kosovo, Minister Murati highlighted the “Diaspora Investment Window” program launched by the Government in July 2024, aimed at supporting compatriots who wish to return and invest in the country. Increasing revenues, combating organized crime and corruption, and opportunities for boosting exports were also among the topics discussed in the meeting.
Both parties appreciated the ongoing cooperation and expressed their willingness to continue working together in the future.
