Today, Muslim believers in Kosovo and around the world celebrate Eid al-Fitr, a significant day that marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan, writes Rks News.

Eid does not have a fixed date, as it depends on the sighting of the new moon.

During this celebration, Muslim believers gather with their families and friends to enjoy meals and exchange gifts.

This day symbolizes the culmination of the sacrifices and fasting made during the month of Ramadan.

On this day, Muslim believers perform the Eid prayer in the morning and offer prayers for peace and prosperity.

Eid al-Fitr prayer today will be held at 06:59.

On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, the Presidency of the Islamic Community of Kosovo (BIK) traditionally organizes a greeting reception at its headquarters.

The celebrations are also accompanied by various social activities, where the values of solidarity and support for those in need are emphasized.
