Ragmi Mustafi, former chairman of the National Council, stated that young Albanians from the Presheva Valley are ready to join the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) and not the Serbian army, despite calls.

Mustafi declared that young Albanians from the Valley are leaving their homeland solely to avoid joining the Serbian army.

“This has caused great fear and terror. We are facing the departure of many young people from the Presheva Valley. Furthermore, measures like the deactivation of addresses, which the Jasing Committee has labeled as ethnic cleansing through administrative means, only add another layer of coercion on the citizens of the Valley. The citizens of the Presheva Valley are very willing to join the KSF but never the Serbian army, which is considered to have committed crimes and has been and continues to be hostile towards Kosovo,” Mustafi said.
