Ragmi Mustafi, former chairman of the National Council of Albanians in the Presevo Valley, has strongly reacted to the decision of the Supreme Court of Serbia not to punish Aleksandar Vulin, the former Minister of Defense, for his statements deemed discriminatory and derogatory towards Albanians.
The remarks in question involve the term “Shiptar” that Vulin used.
According to Mustafi, this term is not just a word.
“It is an attempt to undermine the dignity of Albanians, to exclude them, to criminalize them, and to lead to a deep ethnic division,” Mustafi wrote on Facebook.
