The acting Minister of Education, Arbërie Nagavci, has called on the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) to vote in favor of forming the Kurti Government, emphasizing that such a move would be in the best interest of the country and would help avoid two rounds of elections.
“It’s important that LDK, for the interest of the country, votes for the Kurti Government, forms a coalition, and avoids taking the country into two consecutive elections. An agreement should be made,” Nagavci stated.
When asked if this represents a new invitation to LDK, she stressed that the party must reflect and demonstrate institutional responsibility.
“I believe LDK should reflect. From the very first moment when Kurti extended the invitation, there was room for dialogue. It wouldn’t be the first time LDK has reached an agreement in the name of forming institutions for the good of the country. Voting for the Kurti Government would simply be a continuation of the positive work already done,” Nagavci added.
