Ambassadors of Ukraine and the 32 NATO member states are meeting today in Brussels to discuss the experimental hypersonic medium-range missile that Russia launched toward Ukraine last week.

On November 21, Russia attacked the Ukrainian city of Dnipro, with Russian President Vladimir Putin stating that the new missile, named Oreshnik, was used in the strike.

Putin claimed that the use of this missile was in response to attacks carried out by Ukraine inside Russia using weapons supplied by the United States and the United Kingdom.

The Kremlin leader warned that Moscow reserves the “right” to target military buildings in countries that allow Ukraine to use their weapons against Russia.
