KFOR announced that soldiers from Latvia, together with U.S. Army Aviation personnel assigned to Regional Command-East, conducted sling-load training at the Novosellë camp.
According to the press release, sling-load training enables KFOR aviation units to transport essential supplies quickly and safely — even in challenging conditions.
“The activity focuses on increasing speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency, while simultaneously strengthening interoperability among multinational elements,” the statement reads.
KFOR emphasized that these essential training sessions ensure that KFOR forces remain mission-ready and capable of effectively responding to logistical needs in dynamic environments, contributing to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all people across Kosovo.
