The National Center for Border Management (NCCM) has announced that a road blockade has been planned by local residents tomorrow, December 24, on the road segment near the village of Kastrat in Kuršumlija, Serbia.
The NCCM has urged citizens to use alternative routes in order to avoid obstacles on the road.
