Deputies elected in the parliamentary elections on February 9 met 63 times in the Kosovo Assembly chamber.
However, in approximately 750 minutes of work, they failed to elect a new government or approve the budget, reports RFE/RL.
Remarkably, it took 60 sessions just to constitute the Assembly.
