“Now is the time to attack Albanians,” is the grave warning issued by Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin in a statement made during his visit to Moscow, as reported by the Russian media outlet, Russia Today.
According to Vulin, who is sanctioned by the United States, “a new escalation in Kosovo and Metohija will occur before the beginning of September, with an expected attempt by the Kosovar Albanian authorities to seize the north of Kosovo,” Vulin emphasized in his statement.
This is not the first time Vulin has tried to escalate tensions between Serbia and Kosovo.
Vulin is seen as one of the pro-Russian politicians in Aleksandar Vučić’s government.
