On the night between Saturday and Sunday (March 29-30), the summer time calculation begins, and the clock will move 60 minutes ahead.

The official moment of the time change is at 02:00, when the hands will move 60 minutes forward, marking 03:00.

Twice a year, the clocks change by one hour, and people gain or lose an hour of sleep. This time, the clock hands won’t go back until October 26.

This change is a unified process across all European countries. The time change was established as a European law in 1981, and it sets the dates for the start of summer time, when the hands move 60 minutes ahead, and winter time, when they move one hour back.
