This Sunday, the Assembly of Kosovo will hold a session to vote on the new government cabinet proposed by Albin Kurti, the designated Prime Minister and current acting head of government.

Reports indicate that the process of gathering signatures to convene the session has already begun, although the exact time of the meeting has not yet been officially set.

However, it has been confirmed that Members of Parliament will convene on Sunday to decide on the composition of Kosovo’s new government.

In the February 9 elections, the Vetëvendosje Movement emerged as the party with the highest number of votes but fell short of an outright majority, making coalition negotiations for forming a government particularly challenging.

The parliamentary session is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.
