The Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kosovo has developed an action that resulted in the arrest and detention of a person due to the suspicion of having committed the criminal offense “War crime against the civilian population”, sanctioned on the basis of the Criminal Law of the former Yugoslavia.
RKS reported two days ago that the arrested person is Srdjan Lazovic, about 48 years old, and that he provided a photograph of him, precisely from the time of the war.
Meanwhile, today the court has decided to extend Lazović’s one-month detention.
Lazovic is seen with a gun in his hand in the village of Panorc in the Municipality of Malisheva, where he is suspected of having committed war crimes against the civilian population.
