Only 122 citizens have exercised their voting rights as of 3:00 PM in Leposaviq.

This was announced by Selim Mehmeti, the assistant head of the Central Election Commission.

The number of eligible voters in Leposaviq is over 13,000, spread across eight polling stations.

The largest Serbian party in Kosovo, “Lista Serbe,” backed by Belgrade, has called for a boycott of these elections.

For the dismissal of mayors, there must be at least 50 percent plus one eligible voter in each of the four municipalities in northern Kosovo.

This vote in the four northern municipalities is organized based on the administrative instruction drafted by the government, following pressure from the international community to hold new elections in the northern municipalities.
