The EU Ambassador to Kosovo, Aivo Orav, met today with the Mayor of Prishtina, Përparim Rama.

During a meeting held at the municipal offices, Orav and Rama discussed infrastructure, education, and the Mediterranean Games, which Prishtina will host in 2030.

After the meeting, Orav stated that the EU supports projects in Prishtina, benefiting its residents and everyone living and working in the capital.

“Connectivity, infrastructure, education, and the Mediterranean Games 2030 were the main focus of my meeting with Mayor Përparim Rama. The EU supports projects in Prishtina from which the residents and all those living and working here benefit. Good governance and transparency remain key,” Orav wrote on X.

Rama and Ambassador Orav also visited the Clock Tower (Sahat-Kulla), one of the most important symbols of Pristina’s cultural heritage, which was restored with the support of the European Union and UNDP.
