The Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Gerard McGurk, has praised the Central Election Commission (CEC), the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP), and the Kosovo Police for their important and professional work in organizing and conducting the early parliamentary elections of December 28.
In a post on the social media platform X, Ambassador McGurk stated that these institutions operated in a professional, efficient, and secure manner throughout the electoral process.
“While the vote-counting process is still ongoing, their work remains essential for Kosovo’s democratic stability and public trust,” he wrote.
