The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, hosted a delegation from the United Kingdom led by MP Alex Sobel and “City Leaders” member Cllr Helen Hayden.
During the meeting, discussions focused on deepening cooperation in various sectors, with an emphasis on areas of mutual interest and concrete opportunities to advance joint projects.
In this context, they also discussed the steps being taken following the President’s initiative for a strategic cooperation agreement in the fields of defense and economy, which has been welcomed by the Secretary of the United Kingdom.
President Osmani emphasized that through this agreement, the aim is to further strengthen the ties between Kosovo and the United Kingdom, building new cooperation bridges in defense, economy, and other strategic sectors, to contribute to the sustainable and comprehensive development of both nations.
