President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, traveled to Germany today, where she delivered a speech at the Aspen Institute in Berlin.

In a post on Facebook, President Osmani emphasized that Kosovo’s future is firmly rooted in democracy and guided by Euro-Atlantic values.

“The future of Kosovo is rooted in democracy, built with friends, and guided by Euro-Atlantic values.
At the Aspen Institute in Berlin, I spoke about our Kosovo as a country that, at the very core of its future-building, has embraced reform and its implementation as the only path toward development and democratic consolidation,”
Osmani wrote.

She reaffirmed Kosovo’s unwavering Euro-Atlantic orientation, underlining that the country’s path is clearly directed toward Western institutions.

“One thing remains unshakable: the future of Kosovo lies in NATO and in the European Union. This is not only our steadfast aspiration but also a strategic interest for the entire region and the Euro-Atlantic alliance itself,”
the President added.
