The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, during her unannounced visit to Washington, met with the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives, Brian Mast.
In a post on her Facebook profile, she shared that during the meeting, they discussed the historic relationship between Kosovo and the United States, considering it an alliance built on shared values and a commitment to peace and security.
“With the Trump administration, we aim to deepen cooperation in various fields, including defense, strategic investments, and continuing our joint efforts to strengthen Kosovo’s international standing,” Osmani wrote.
Furthermore, she emphasized that American support has been and continues to be vital for Kosovo.
