President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, met with President of Guinea-Bissau, Umaro Sissoco Embaló, on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly.
In a post shared on her official Facebook page, President Osmani expressed her gratitude for President Embaló’s support in strengthening Kosovo’s international position and commitment to deepening bilateral cooperation.
“It is always a pleasure to meet with Kosovo’s friend, President Umaro Sissoco Embaló of Guinea-Bissau. Today at the UN headquarters, I thanked him for his support for Kosovo, for strengthening our international standing, and for his dedication to enhancing cooperation between our two countries,” Osmani wrote.
President Osmani is currently in New York participating in the opening of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
