Osmani Meets Kraevski, Calls for Immediate Lifting of EU Measures

The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, today received the credentials of the new Bulgarian ambassador to Kosovo, Hristo Kraevski.

President Osmani congratulated Ambassador Kraevski on his new role and expressed deep gratitude for Bulgaria’s continued support for Kosovo, particularly in strengthening its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and Euro-Atlantic integration.

During the meeting, President Osmani thanked Bulgaria for its unwavering support of Kosovo’s integration processes into the European Union and international organizations, encouraging further Bulgarian advocacy to strengthen Kosovo’s position on the global stage.

In her discussion with Ambassador Kraevski, President Osmani emphasized the need for the immediate removal of the unjust EU measures, which she stated are harming Kosovo’s citizens indiscriminately.

Furthermore, President Osmani praised Bulgaria’s commitment to regional and global security, as well as the dedication of her Bulgarian counterpart, President Rumen Radev, in continuously supporting Kosovo in this regard.

President Osmani and Ambassador Kraevski also discussed opportunities for deepening cooperation in various fields, including economy, education, culture, tourism, and other areas.
