As part of her engagements in the United States, the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
Osmani and Rutte discussed the security situation in Kosovo and the vital role of NATO’s mission in preserving peace and stability in the region.
President Osmani reaffirmed that Kosovo remains firmly committed to its path toward NATO membership, emphasizing that this aspiration is key to ensuring a safe and secure future for all its citizens.
“During my engagements in the U.S., I spoke with NATO Secretary General Mr. Mark Rutte about the security situation in our country and the important role of NATO’s mission in maintaining peace and stability in the region. Kosovo remains committed to its NATO membership path and to a secure future for all our citizens,” Osmani stated.
