The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, held a meeting this week with leaders of the American Chamber of Commerce, which was also attended by representatives from the U.S. Embassy and USAID, according to a statement from the Presidency.
The meeting focused on coordinating efforts to promote Kosovo’s economic potential and strengthening the public-private dialogue.
“Before the members of the Board of Governors and the Steering Council of the American Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Center, President Osmani emphasized the importance of public-private dialogue as a process beneficial to Kosovo and in service of its economic development. In this context, President Osmani stated that the President’s Office is always open for coordinating actions to promote Kosovo’s economic potential and expressed gratitude for the cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce,” the statement said.
During the meeting, Osmani also discussed the contribution of the U.S. in strengthening Kosovo’s economic power and international subjectivity, including membership in important organizations and international conventions.
