President of Kosovo Vjosa Osmani has issued a statement following her meeting with U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Dorothy Shea, emphasizing the importance of further advancing the strategic relationship between Kosovo and the United States.
President Osmani expressed her deep gratitude for the United States’ reaffirmation that Kosovo remains a close strategic partner, and that the U.S. is strongly committed to supporting Kosovo’s full membership in the United Nations. She also noted that the meeting included discussions on concrete steps to deepen bilateral cooperation.

Yesterday in New York, during my meeting with the U.S. Chargé d’Affaires at the UN Mission, Ambassador Dorothy Shea, we also discussed advancing our strategic partnership further,” Osmani wrote in a post on Facebook.
