The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, today received the letters of credence from Italy’s new ambassador to Kosovo, Maurizio Antonini.
During her meeting with the ambassador, President Osmani welcomed him to Pristina and wished him success in his diplomatic mission, emphasizing the excellent relations between Kosovo and Italy.
President Osmani expressed her gratitude for Italy’s support throughout all key phases of Kosovo’s state-building process and in strengthening its position on the international stage.
“The meeting highlighted the importance of further deepening bilateral cooperation in various fields, as well as collaboration within international organizations,” according to an official statement from the Presidency.
