President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, shared on Instagram photos from the opening ceremony of Kosovo’s new embassy in Bogotá, Colombia.
“From the discussion and agreement with President of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, exactly two years ago, to today’s reality in Bogotá – the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo officially opened its doors last night, surrounded by friends and partners,” Osmani wrote in her post.
She added that there are promising days ahead, including regular communication and cooperation for the benefit of Kosovo.
“The expansion of Kosovo’s presence in South America is of strategic importance. Thank you to everyone for their hard work and dedication,” Osmani concluded.
