The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, stated that the Day of KLA Veterans is a reminder and glory for the immortal heroism.
“The Day of KLA Veterans is a reminder and glory for the immortal heroism. Today, we honor and bow with deep respect before the heroic deeds of the veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army – the men and women who sacrificed everything for the freedom of our homeland.”
Osmani added that December 30th is a date that embodies the immortal heroism of the legendary commander, Adem Jashari, and his family, who on December 30, 1991, fought the first battle against the Serbian regime.
