Today, President Vjosa Osmani and KFOR Commander Enrico Barduani held a meeting at the Office of the President.
According to a statement from the Presidency, during the meeting with Barduani, President Osmani highlighted the current security challenges in Kosovo, with a particular emphasis on border security and the urgent need to prevent and avoid any attempts at destabilization by Serbia.
Furthermore, the President underlined the importance of ongoing cooperation and mutual engagement.
“The President and the KFOR Commander reaffirmed their joint commitment to continued cooperation, in accordance with NATO’s mandate and the shared interest in peace and stability in the region,” the statement from the Presidency read.
