President Vjosa Osmani welcomed Admiral Stuart B. Munsch, Commander of NATO’s Allied Joint Force Command in Naples, accompanied by the new KFOR Commander, Major General Enrico Barduani.
Osmani emphasized that Kosovo remains committed to continuous cooperation with NATO and KFOR in addressing security challenges.
In a statement released to the media, Osmani expressed her appreciation for NATO’s support for Kosovo’s freedom and the preservation of stability and peace in the country.
In this context, Osmani reiterated Kosovo’s strategic objective of integration into the Euro-Atlantic community, expressing confidence that NATO membership would contribute to the security and stability of the entire region.
The president congratulated Major General Barduani on his new role and reaffirmed Kosovo’s commitment to continued cooperation and coordination to ensure peace, stability, and security throughout Kosovo, serving all citizens without distinction.
