Osmani Travels to Brussels to Represent Kosovo at the EU-Western Balkans Summit

Kosovo’s President, Vjosa Osmani, has traveled to Brussels where she will represent Kosovo at the upcoming EU-Western Balkans Summit.

In a statement, the President’s Office confirmed that Osmani will be joining leaders from European Union member states and other countries from the Western Balkans to participate in the summit.

The main topic of discussion at the summit is expected to be the EU’s enlargement process, focusing on the inclusion of the Western Balkans. The summit will also address several key issues including the Western Balkans Growth Plan, the Economic and Investment Plan, as well as the Green and Digital Agenda for the region. Other areas of discussion will include Common Foreign and Security Policy, combating hybrid and cyber threats, and migration.

This summit marks a significant event for Kosovo as it continues to advance its European integration process and strengthen ties with the EU and the broader region.
