On the eve of the new year, the President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, visited a shelter for victims of domestic violence. During her visit, Osmani emphasized that the suffering of victims serves as a reminder that violence still reigns under many roofs.
In a message shared on social media, Osmani stated:
“At the shelter for victims of domestic violence, resilience and strength intertwine. They remind us that, unfortunately, violence still prevails in many homes. Yesterday, on the brink of the new year, I visited the shelter in Pristina to remind them that they are not alone in this fight. As we enter this new year, we must continue strengthening every link in the institutions to support victims of violence and to eliminate this horrific phenomenon.”

I’m not sure exactly why but this website is loading extremely slow for me. Is anyone else having this issue or is it a issue on my end? I’ll check back later on and see if the problem still exists.
