The Central Election Commission (KQZ) has announced that 15,552 citizens voted in Kosovo’s diplomatic missions worldwide, accounting for 73.56% of the 20,324 eligible voters.

Among the 32 diplomatic representations, the highest voter turnout was recorded at the Kosovo Consulate in Düsseldorf (1,560 voters), followed by the Consulate in Munich (1,521 voters) and the Consulate in Zurich (1,470 voters).

Kosovar citizens abroad were able to vote in 43 polling stations across embassies and consulates on February 8, 2025, a day before the general elections in Kosovo. Due to time zone differences, the last polling stations to close were in the United States, with the process concluding at the Kosovo Embassy in Washington and the Consulate in New York.

At the Embassy in Washington, 78 Kosovo citizens were eligible to vote, while the New York Consulate recorded 619 registered voters.
