In the Republic of Kosovo, by 4:13 PM, 28.39% of citizens have exercised their right to vote.
The CEC (Central Election Commission) recently updated the data, announcing that 559,638 people have voted so far.
A total of 1,970,944 people are eligible to vote in the parliamentary elections on February 9th.
