A six-member delegation from the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), led by Yunus Emre (Turkey, SOC), will stay in Kosovo from December 27 to 29 to observe the early parliamentary elections for the Kosovo Assembly, according to Gazeta Express.

The PACE delegation will meet with leaders and representatives of the main political parties, including those representing non-majority communities, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission, the Chairman of the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel, as well as representatives from the international community, NGOs, and the media, before observing voting on December 28.

Additionally, an expert from the Venice Commission — the Council of Europe’s independent group of legal experts — will provide legal support during the visit.
