The UEFA Disciplinary Committee has imposed heavy sanctions on Partizan Belgrade for multiple violations during matches against Oleksandriya (Ukraine) and Hibernian (Scotland) in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers. The decisions were announced on Thursday on UEFA’s official website.

The Serbian club was fined €17,500 for displaying inappropriate banners during the match against Oleksandriya on 31 July in Belgrade, including one reading “Kosovo is Serbia”, which UEFA deemed unsuitable for a sporting event.

Partizan was also fined €72,750 for blocking access routes, use of laser pointers, and setting off fireworks during the two home matches in Belgrade against Oleksandriya and Hibernian. In total, the penalties amount to €90,250.

Additionally, UEFA has ordered that Partizan’s next home match in a UEFA competition will be played with 10,000 fewer spectators in the stands.
