Paul Williams will be the second defense witness in the ongoing trial against Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi, and Rexhep Selimi at The Hague.
Williams, who previously served as a legal adviser to the Kosovo delegation from the KLA at the Rambouillet talks, played a key role in drafting the legal analysis of Rambouillet, focusing on issues of sovereignty and international law.
He has been invited by Thaçi’s defense team and is expected to testify about his relations with Thaçi, as well as provide insights into the KLA and the negotiation process.
