The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) has filed a complaint with the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP) requesting the annulment of postal votes received after December 29, 2025.
In the complaint submitted on Thursday, the party argues that these votes were received beyond the legal deadline. According to current legislation, postal votes can only be accepted until 16:00 on the day following the elections.
Alban Krasniqi, a member of the Vetëvendosje movement in the Central Election Commission, criticized the move, stating that the PDK has complained “against diaspora votes only after seeing that their attempt to block or prevent postal voting failed.”
