A large crowd of PDK supporters gathered tonight in Mitrovica to celebrate the convincing victory of Arian Tahiri, according to exit poll results.
Footage obtained by KosovaPress shows enthusiastic supporters cheering, waving flags, and honking car horns throughout the city.
The PDK candidate for South Mitrovica, Arian Tahiri, has declared victory, inviting citizens to join the celebration.
“Mitrovica, thank you from the bottom of my heart! Today we won together — and together we will celebrate! See you tonight at 10:00 PM at the ‘Minatori’ Sports Hall,” Tahiri wrote on Facebook.
According to the exit poll published by T7, Arian Tahiri (PDK) won South Mitrovica without a runoff, securing 58.35% of the vote, followed by Faton Peci (LVV–GUXO) with 35.6%.
