The Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) is calling for justice for the missing on the International Day of the Disappeared.
In a Facebook post, the party stated that the country’s institutions must be more committed to resolving the fate of all missing persons, while international institutions should increase pressure on Serbia to open its archives and condemn the war criminals responsible for their disappearance.
“Today, on the International Day of the Disappeared, we remember all the citizens of Kosovo who went missing during the last war, with hope and demand for their fate to be clarified as soon as possible. The country’s institutions must work harder to resolve the fate of all missing persons, while international institutions should intensify pressure on Serbia to open its archives and condemn the war criminals responsible for their disappearance.
Justice for the missing! – This is our ongoing collective call. Kosovo does not forget,” reads the PDK’s post.
