The leader of Vetëvendosje, Albin Kurti, is set to host a joint meeting today at 4:00 PM with the heads of political parties.
Ahead of the meeting, newly sworn-in PDK MP Përparim Gruda stated that his party’s leader, Memli Krasniqi, will present the Democratic Party of Kosovo’s position, based on a professional analysis outlining how to overcome the current deadlock in the Kosovo Assembly.
“Today’s meeting is being held to discuss a way out of the current blockade, following the Constitutional Court’s ruling. Chairman Krasniqi will express the Democratic Party of Kosovo’s position, based on a professional analysis of how to resolve the situation in light of the Court’s decision. On all other matters, Chairman Krasniqi will make statements after the meeting,” said the MP.
Kurti’s invitation for a joint meeting with the leaders of other parties came after yesterday’s ruling by the Constitutional Court concerning the parliamentary deadlock.
