Member of the Kosovo Assembly from Lista Guxo, Faton Peci, made a statement ahead of the scheduled Assembly session.
Peci emphasized that, as always, they come with a positive will to help resolve the constitutional deadlock of the Assembly.
“It is already known that the inability to have a constituted Assembly depends on the votes of the opposition parties. Since the Speaker of the Assembly post belongs to LVV, as Prime Minister Kurti has stated, negotiations are focused on forming the government, not on this position,” said Peci.
He also clarified that the issue is not about the candidacy of Albulena Haxhiu, but lies elsewhere.
