The Mayor of Pristina, Përparim Rama, emphasized that neighborhoods which were once built without proper planning are now being reshaped.
He shared details about the plan that is being implemented step by step:
“For the first time in the capital, neighborhoods that until yesterday were built without any plan are now taking proper form. Densities, functions, programs, vision, roads, sewage, lighting, and signage — all according to strategic urban plans,” Rama stated.
He stressed that through the urban regeneration plan in Kolovica and Kodër e Trimave, the integrity of citizens will be restored.
“With the urban regeneration project, we are restoring the integrity of citizens, bringing back order and modern living to two of Pristina’s largest neighborhoods, Kolovica and Kodër e Trimave. Pristina, beyond urban chaos, is now moving forward with a plan,” Rama said.
