Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić stated during his visit to India that he had spoken with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković about the military alliance between Croatia, Albania, and Kosovo. According to Vučić, Plenković assured him that the alliance is not directed against Serbia.

“I had a lengthy conversation with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, and for the first time we discussed the military alliance between Pristina, Tirana, and Zagreb. I can say that Prime Minister Plenković stated that it is not directed against Serbia. Anything else he might have said would have gone beyond the framework of civility, good conduct, and would have violated certain rules of good faith and rational dialogue,” Vučić said.

Vučić is currently in New Delhi attending the global summit “India Pact Summit 2026” focused on artificial intelligence.
