On Tuesday, Kosovo Police did not allow a Serbian postal vehicle to enter the territory of Kosovo.
The news was confirmed by the Deputy Director of Kosovo Police in the north, Veton Elshani, to rtv21.tv.
Elshani stated that the Kosovo Police border unit questioned the driver of the transport vehicle about licensing and other matters, after which they sent the vehicle back to Serbia at the Jarinjë border crossing.
Serbian Post issued a statement today saying that Kosovo Police stopped one of their vans at the Jarinjë border crossing, which was transporting deliveries on the Raška-Gračanica route.
This decision by Kosovo Police follows an operation in northern Kosovo where the operational points of the Serbian Post were closed.
