The police have provided details regarding the search of the parallel municipality of Skenderaj, which was operating in North Mitrovica.
The report indicates that during the search, documents and equipment were found and confiscated, which confirm that falsified documents had been issued from this illegal facility.
“Regarding the case, on October 16, 2024, police units, based on information received through operational channels, conducted a search in a facility owned by Trepça, as the parallel municipality of Skenderaj was functioning at that location. During the search, documents and equipment were found and confiscated, confirming that falsified illegal documents had been issued from this illegal facility. The case remains under investigation,” said the police.
